Now Touring: Emi Grace Takes The Bliss of Ignorance on the Road
Emi Grace is taking her next chapter somewhere it belongs: on the road.
Her new five-track EP, The Bliss of Ignorance, arrives September 25, right in the middle of a fall that already feels stacked.
Emi has spent the year building a live world around these songs, from Lollapalooza to a run across the Atlantic. She’ll close out summer in the UK with shows in Manchester and London before heading back stateside for a full U.S. run with Knox.
The music makes a pretty convincing case for seeing this era in person. The guitars are loud, the hooks stick, and there is something about Emi’s songs that feels even more natural once there is an amp, a stage, and a crowd involved.
Then there is October 17.
In the middle of the run, Emi will join Twenty One Pilots and Death Cab for Cutie at Ohio Stadium, before jumping right back onto the road with Knox. It is the kind of date that makes an already big fall feel even bigger.
The U.S. run takes Emi through Boston, Philadelphia, Washington, Brooklyn, Columbus, Detroit, Denver, Salt Lake City, Boise, Portland, Seattle, Sacramento, Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix, Dallas, Austin, Atlanta, Charlotte, and Nashville.
And we already know where Everyday Jams will be on Halloween.
Emi hits The Van Buren in Phoenix on October 31, and we’ll be there to catch this chapter in person. With The Bliss of Ignorance arriving only a few weeks before tour begins, there is a good chance these songs are going to make even more sense once they leave the headphones.
